Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving my community through storm restoration, selling property insurance, and providing claims assistance as a licensed public adjuster.

My passion lies in educating homeowners about their insurance policies—ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage, setting accurate expectations, and fighting for the protection they’re entitled to. Insurance is often the most expensive yet one of the most misunderstood aspects of homeownership, and I strive every day to change that.

Originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, and fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about upholding the rights of the insured while driving efficiency and transparency throughout the process. I am also HAAG certified, which has deepened my understanding of roof damage assessment.
